I am now looking forward to sharing my insight with other chefs and kitchens. I provide consultancy on matters from Food Development through to Staff training.

 

Any budding chefs looking to enhance their culinary skills? I provide skills training for all levels for individuals or large groups. This would also be good for team building in your establishment. Also I offer kitchen management, leadership or the art of great hospitality & service? I have a vast experience in this area & always find it a pleasure seeing people develop & fulfilling their potential.
